/ Cartridge 290ml5 minute polyurethane construction adhesive is highly water resistant with a rapid curing time. It expands slightly during the curing process to fill gaps, making it suitable for uneven surfaces. It has an extremely high end strength. Even bonds to wet surfaces. Solvent free formulation.
Applications:
Suitable for bonding a wide range of materials, including aluminum corner profiles, window and door frames, general joinery of wooden materials and insulation materials, even polystyrene. Adheres to most porous and non-porous substrates common in the construction industry.
Instructions:
Moisten both surfaces, apply the adhesive with a sealant gun onto one of the surfaces. Bring the two parts together within maximum 5 minutes for optimum adhesion. Clamp during min 15 minutes. Clamping of the materials, during the curing, is necessary in order to achieve the final maximum possible strength. Trade PU Construction Adhesive reaches 80% of his end strength after 10 min (when moistened). When bonding two non-porous surfaces, slightly moisten only one of the surfaces. Avoid the sliding of the adhesive connection during application and curing.
Cleaning: Uncured Trade PU Construction Adhesive can be removed from substrates and tools with Soudal Gun and Foam Cleaner. Cured Trade PU Construction Adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
Repair: With the same material.

You may return any goods purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods to us for a refund. This does not apply to special orders, which are non-returnable. Please call our sales team for further advice regarding special orders.
The goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. Any goods that are damaged or not in resaleable condition may be refused or may incur a restocking fee. You must also return any promotional items that were included in the order.

You can return the goods in store at our trade counter (please bring a copy of your delivery note or invoice).
We can also arrange for one of our vans to collect the goods from you.
